International Litigation

We act as counsel and advise on litigation issues, wherever in the world they arise.

US Court Litigation

We assist clients with international litigation issues in the US. Our involvement includes appearing in US courts to commence, and to handle other aspects of court proceedings.

International Litigation Strategy

In cases that involve more than one jurisdiction, we assess and leverage the strategic advantages offered by each forum to decide how best to bring a claim or to defend against one.

We formulate the overall litigation strategy, engage foreign counsel, and manage the case to ensure a coordinated approach that takes advantage of the multijurisdictional nature of the case.

Foreign Litigation

We act as counsel to assist you in navigating and strategizing international cases.

We identify, instruct and work with foreign counsel to manage foreign legal processes and to ensure that the client’s best case is put forward. With our extensive network of counsel overseas, particularly in Asia and Europe, we are able to put together a team to deal with disputes in foreign legal systems and disputes that span several jurisdictions.
We partner with law firms to help their clients

We regard law firms as our clients and our partners. We support you in a variety of roles:

International Arbitration Counsel

We act as counsel, either in a lead or supporting role, in international arbitrations. We work in collaboration with other law firms to prepare and present their client's case.

International Counsel

We assist in formulating, coordinating and implementing overall strategy. We have experience working closely with local counsel in arbitrations and court litigation, particularly in Europe and Asia.

US Counsel

We act as US counsel dealing with US aspects of international cases- for example, appearing before US courts to compel arbitration, or to enforce arbitration awards and foreign judgments, and providing US law advice for disputes that are governed by US law.
